main-analysis.zip
ZIP Archive - 1 MB - 1 download
This zip file contains eight MPlus input files (one per country) that will let you estimate the model, plus 40 data sets (ASCII, five imputations per country) and eight auxiliary input files). We used MPlus 3.12, which cannot compute indirect effects for multiply imputed data sets. If you want to replicate that part, you will have to modify the input file so that you a) request indirect effects and b) estimate the model for each imputed data set in turn. In other words, you will have to run 40 separate jobs and will have to combine the results from each country according to Rubin's rules.
